One Day Basic First Aid (Appointed Person)
Our One day Basic First Aid (appointed person) teaches the candidates the correct steps to take in dealing with a life-threatening emergency.You will learn how to deal with a patient who is not breathing, has no heartbeat, may have a spinal injury, have serious bleeding or be suffering from shock.
You will also learn when and how to alert the emergency medical services, monitor the patients ABCD's and greatly improve their chances of survival until the emergency medical services arrive.
Ideal for Individuals, Businesses, Schools and Clubs
This course is ideally suited for businesses who are in a low-risk sector and for individuals who would like to know how to deal with an emergency situation should it occur.
The course will include student manuals, DVD segments, work shops, 1-2-1, discussion and plenty of hands on practice.
